The inland race of Stellar's Jay has the double white marking on the "brows" of the bird. (The use of the term "race" is birder jargon. I suppose it's not technically a different species, and perhaps not even a different sub-species.)
Anyway, the feather detail is excellent on this bird, and will hold up well in larger prints. I particularly like the jaunty crest feathers blowing in the wind in this photo.
