This photo was taken in Lower Antelope Canyon, on the Navajo reservation, just East of Page, Arizona. It's a wonderful place to visit, if you can climb a ladder-staircase.

This is a semi-realistic, slightly impressionistic digitally modified image. The colors are intensified versions of the colors in the original photograph.

I'm a photographer, though sometimes I experiment in other media. My mother was an artist, and on school holidays, when she had classes at the art museum, I got to spend entire days roaming the galleries of the Cincinnati Art Museum. My twin sister is an artist, and my father took up photography about the time I did, when I was in college.
