Description
My favorite herbal tea tea, Red Zinger, steeping. When I'm forgetful, it won't oversteep. It's never bitter, always smooth, even when brewed very strong. Boil the water, and add as many bags as you desire, and steep it until you remember to take the bags out. It's mainly a combination of lemon grass and hibiscus. Brew it boldly, because it will never be too acid and bitter. You can just put several bags in a jug of water, and put it in the refrigerator, to make iced tea. Let it steep at least overnight.
This is an unsolicited, unpaid endorsement, but if you happen to work at Celestial Seasonings, I strongly recommend that you buy a large print for your office or a smaller one for you cubicle. And if you're in the marketing department, then you might need several dozen large prints! (Leave me a comment if you read this. Did you enjoy my chutzpah?)
